Ann Bilyew

Ann Bilyew has more than 20 years experience investing in and leading healthcare companies. As SVP, Health and Group GM, Provider Services for Internet Brands/WebMD, Ann is responsible for the quality, client retention, growth and financial performance of market leading companies such as Krames, EngagedMedia and others.

Her background also includes roles as CEO of MDeverywhere, a market-leading healthcare SAS technology and revenue cycle company, and as Board Member and General Partner of Advent International, a top private equity firm. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Kansas and has an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Simon Bradstock
Senior vice president and general manager

Simon most recently served as president of Tea Leaves Health, the provider division of Denver-based Welltok, Inc. Its analytics and marketing technology platform enables hospitals and health systems to deliver data-driven messaging and engagement campaigns to consumers and physicians, with the end result being strategic service line growth.

He also held progressive leadership roles with Experian’s consumer insights business and its Hitwise digital measurement solution, as well as serving 14 years in sales, product, and operations leadership with the Dow Jones/Reuters/Factiva group of companies.

Simon brings a depth of experience to this new role: developing data-driven products, driving consumer engagement and action, building value-based client relationships, delivering profitable growth through new and existing revenue streams, and in planning and delivering successful M&A and integrations.

David Klasnick
Senior vice president, client services

David Klasnick serves as Senior Vice President of Client Services with StayWell, where he oversees implementation, value delivery, and account management functions for Krames’ clients in the health system, payer, and association sectors.  

A performance-driven leader, with more than 20 years of experience with hospital operations improvement, technology implementation, and value delivery, David joined StayWell after tenures as Managing Director and Senior Director for Consulting Services with The Advisory Board. He also held progressive healthcare consulting roles with Cardinal Health. He received his MBA and Bachelor’s degrees from the University of Denver.

Joe Qualtier
Senior vice president, sales and commercial operations

Joe leads all sales and commercial operations for the Provider, Payer and Association businesses of StayWell. His background includes 20+ years focused in the healthcare technology sector and includes expertise in diverse technology enabled solutions related to corporate wellness and patient education, electronic medical records and clinical automation, revenue cycle management, medical imaging, pharmacy automation, and enterprise content management.

Joe joined StayWell from IBM Watson Health, where as a VP of Sales he focused on growing the Medical Imaging and Artificial Intelligence business. He also held sales leadership roles with Standard Register Healthcare, Taylor Healthcare, and McKesson. 

Joe holds a B.S. in Business Administration and Marketing from University of Illinois Chicago and completed the Chicago Management Institute program at University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business.

Rob Boldon
Vice president of technology

Rob Boldon is our Vice President of Technology at StayWell, where he oversees the development, quality, and delivery of our KRAMES software solutions. Previous to his VP role at StayWell, Rob served as a Director, leading development efforts for our Wellness solution, My StayWell.

Prior to joining StayWell, Rob was a Senior Manager at a division of Underwriters Laboratories (UL), an employer of +13,000, where he created and led several teams engaged in enterprise level clinical and training/education software development.

Rob has thrived within the healthcare and education industries for 15 years, providing software solutions to mid-sized through Fortune 500 companies.

Mitch Collier
Vice president of products and services

Mitch Collier leads the Product Management and User Experience teams for creating and enhancing StayWell’s solutions. He has over 20 years of experience in building patient, consumer, and clinician applications. As an early participant in the HL7 FHIR Foundation, Mitch has been an industry leader in Interoperability and integrated solutions with electronic health records Mitch is passionate about new and innovative solutions to help people manage their health and improve healthcare.

Mitch has a bachelor’s degree from Pacific University and also studied at the Shanghai University of Finance and Economics. He is based in Portland, Oregon.

Denise Spillane, FACHE
Vice president, marketing and communications

Denise brings 20 years of diverse healthcare marketing experience working with global Fortune 500 companies and not-for-profit health care organizations to her role as VP of Marketing & Communications with Krames.

She joined StayWell after 10 years as a business-to-business marketing vice president with Aramark and also held marketing leadership roles at NextGen Healthcare, a healthcare technology provider, and Quincy Medical Center, a Boston-area community hospital.

Denise received her MBA from Widener University, Masters degree in Integrated Marketing degree from Emerson College, and Bachelors degree from Framingham State University. She is board-certified in healthcare management from the American College of Healthcare Executives and holds a level 5 certification from the Pragmatic Marketing Institute.

Amy VanStee
Vice president of content

Amy S. VanStee is Vice President of Content at StayWell, leading a team of creatives and clinical experts who provide engaging, educational, and results-driven content solutions to health care providers and payers across the country. Her areas of expertise include content strategy, content creation, health literacy, and client relations. Amy is passionate about bright, clear prose that resonates with readers and empowers them to live healthier lives. Her 20 years of editorial experience also includes custom publishing, academic publishing, and corporate communications. Amy holds an M.A. in Writing from DePaul University and a B.A. in History from Hope College. She lives and works in Chicago.
